Delivery Policy

We provide florists with bulk fresh-cut flowers. Once you confirm your order with an advance payment, you can expect delivery at your nearest international airport within 3 to 4 days.

Please note that we do not deliver on credit nor offer door-to-door shipping; all shipments are sent to the airport.

We will supply you with all necessary shipping documents to facilitate the collection process, or you may choose to engage a freight courier to assist you with pickup.

Invoices

We'll attach all relevant invoices such as proforma invoices, commercial invoices and final invoices

Certificate of Origin

Among other things, this government-issued certificate will show that the products are from Kenya.

Inspections

Phytosanitary issued by the Horticultural Crops Development Authority (HCDA) to ensure the health and quality of the products

Airway Bill

This bill serves as a contract between the shipper and the carrier for the transportation of goods by air

Export Certificate

This certificate confirms that the goods being exported meet the importing country's requirements.

If you need any particular documents or additional paperwork, we will arrange these and advise you. All requested materials will be included with the flowers, and a complete copy will also be emailed to you.

Refund Policy

If you are ever dissatisfied with our service or products, please reach out to us so we can address any mistakes or oversights that may have occurred.

We are committed to helping you and have a dedicated team that will go the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction with Rhema Flowers.

All quality claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your flowers.

Please report these issues via email, including the buyer’s information, the Airway Bill, and photographs of the following: shipping labels, close-ups of the damaged or unsuitable product, and a general picture showing all damaged items, ensuring the quantity can be clearly assessed.

Return Policy

Our produce is fresh, and we do not accept returns. However, should the product be faulty, damaged, or defective, Rhema Flowers has the right to assess it for acceptable quality before providing a suitable remedy.

To make a claim under our Returns Policy, you must present a valid receipt and notify us within 24 hours of arrival. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item.

Can I change my order details?

Once an order has been placed, you can contact us within 24 hours to have us assist you in changing your order details.

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, your request can be assessed and processed according to your needs.

Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, we cannot revise or cancel your order.

When you place an order with us, we plan for the product as soon as we confirm everything with you, and try our best to deliver everything you’ve requested down to the last detail.

We acknowledge that events may occur that cause you to no longer need your order fulfilled; hence, cancellation is only acceptable within 24 hours of purchase.

Approved issues that qualify for a full or partial refund will be assessed within 7 business days from the date the claim is submitted.

Refunds are managed by senior management at rhemaflowers.com. Rhema Flowers strives to ensure you don’t lose any value by replacing damaged or low-quality flowers at no additional cost.

A refund will be considered only as a last resort.

We process refunds via wire transfer, which will be sent directly to your bank account.. Please note that the money takes 7 to 21 business days to arrive.
